Robocopy works, Copy-Item & XCOPY Don't?!

I have a "Run PowerShell Script" Step in an OSD Task Sequence.
This script copies some files to a location and then runs an executable.
If I use ROBOCOPY to copy the files, i get an exit code 1 (files copied ok) and the executable fired, does what it needs to and quits happily.
If I use XCOPY (external call) or Copy-Item (PS Cmdlet) - the files still copy and land in the correct place, exit with code 0, but the executable doesn't fire up and doesn't do what it is meant to.
Any ideas?
Example code (Not working:)

robocopy .\ C:\Installs\sx1install /E /R:0 /W:0 .\setup.exe /s /f1"c:\installs\sx1install\setup.iss"In both cases, C:\Installs\sx1install folder creates, gets fully populated with all required files and folders (including subfolders etc) - but the setup.exe doesn't work on the first example.
What is it about robocopy that makes this work/not work?
The non-working script works perfectly once in windows by doing a set-location to the location of the script package and then executing.
We need to try and find a way to get this to execute and return 0 as a return code 1 bombs out the task sequence. We need to stop the TS if the executable returns 1 as this is a critical part of our builds, so just setting success codes to 1 or continue or error are not a choice.

I just don't understand how friendship works

To make it clear, I do have friends or at least fair amount of acquintaces. It is not "I am forever alone" type of post.
I just don't understand how friendship works. Most of my friends are much more smart, intelligent, you name it, people than me yet they still continue talk to me and even speak equally. I am not even that special, for hell's sake. My hobbies maybe they case as I play ttrpgs and like strategy games but still I suck at them. I suck at analyzing literature, being "deep thinker" whatever that means etc. I do glad to have such friends. I get to know something new every time we meet, they help me sometimes but still I do not feel that this is an equal trade for them. I cannot provide the same amount of interesting conversations for them.
Before you write something like "you seem smart", please think twice. It adds nothing, really as it can be defeated as easily as taking a sweet from 5-years old. This post is more about frustration and questions. No drama or something like that. I am not depressed as well.

Even though you don't see what you bring to a friendship, they do. Maybe they like your personality. Maybe you're funny. Maybe they enjoy the way you listen to them. There's much more to friendships than being "smart".
Sorry I dont get how its works

Sorry spent days in this but don't get how everything Is working.
I have downloaded my pfb file and installed it into my postgis and all is good.
I have tested the guide from openstreatmap-cargo.
But when I open the maps in Qgis ore in pg_tileserver my maps only give me the roads or the water ways. Some dots ore zones. Why !
Have tested the shapedfiles (What a fell are they good for) And different styles ? But still.
I only want as simple map like in the openstreatmap homepage. What I'm a missing here ?
Can someone please explain like I'm 5 years old what all the stuff do (shapefile styles) And please what is needed to render a simple map.

The most common getting started guide I have seen references is Switch2OSM.
I think there are several different ways to store OSM data in a database, Have you chosen the relevant one?
In most cases the shapefiese are for coastline as that takes extra processing to render correctly.
I don’t really understand how slippage works.

Ok so id think if i have 7,000,000 of a coin then id get $7,000,000 if the coins value hits $1 but does slippage affect this in some way? Or not by much? Like what is slippage?
Top Comment: Slippage is basically the range at which you will accept the price given to you by the AMM. So if you set slippage at 10%, you will accept 10% less or 10% more tokens than what you are stating in your transaction.

Top Comment: There's reason to believe that Il-Nam as the host invites new VIPs for each game. It is also confirmed that some VIPs like to watch the games entirely from home and not fly in to see it in-person. But back to my first point, the VIPs were constantly asking questions they should've all known had they been there even once before in the past. Like when does [x] thing start, how do you pronounce [x] thing, what does [x] thing mean. But even then, it's not totally out of character for them to just not care about the rules at all and just like watching people kill each other, do that could also be an explanation for why they're only just now asking about the rules now that they get to see it live.
